Good Food

The most recent issue of Good magazine (and it is, true to it's name) carries an article about the livestock at home on Veritas Farms, and the growing public demand for meat from animals that have been humanely treated. The writer, Peter Rubin, explores such issues as: Is organic always a sign of humane animal treatment? And, does it really matter how the animal is treated while it's alive, if it's still going to end up on someone's grill?
