I am grateful to have a neighbor who leaves things like magazines and flowers inside my front door! This morning, there were two back issues of Food & Wine. One featured an article "How to Eat Like a Locavore," the other "What Does Eating Well Really Mean?.” (And for you “Doubting Thomases” from last week, check out Nina Planck’s take on lard in this article.) Lots of familiar names here, and some of the same themes we’ve been discussing these past few weeks. By the way, “locavore” was “2007 Word of the Year."

Eat Local, Eat Well
